I specialize in supporting early-career professionals, artists and arts administrators, and clients that are shifting careers (especially into or out of the arts).

Using a hands-on approach, I work one-on-one with clients to help them edit and shape their resumes and cover letters, identify and re-frame their skill sets, and apply to jobs with more confidence. Something a seemingly simple as a font change, a rewording, adding or removing bullets, and summarizing outcomes differently can make all the difference on your application materials.

I am usually meeting clients during a stressful time in their lives. So my number one goal is to empower my clients while offering tangible fixes and edits on the page.

  • I've shifted career paths a couple times. Each time, I was basically starting over. I found my way into retail, education, pharmaceutical advertising, non-profit admin, and of course, theater producing. I began to realize that pivoting and applying for jobs was a skill.

    Over the past 10 years, I've worked with colleagues, friends, and family. Almost every person eventually found their way into interviews, and then the jobs that they wanted.

  • After you fill out the form on my website, I will look over your materials and then set up a 15-20 minute Zoom consultation to hear about what your needs are and to share my initial assessment.

    From there, we will mutually agree on a plan. It could be just one in-depth Zoom session with minor notes and edits, several rounds of content edits, a full re-design, or starting from scratch! Each plan will be bespoke.

  • We will determine what the best bespoke plan is for you based on your needs and budget.

    I have base rates for the different potential services ranging from in-depth 45-minute verbal consultation to 1-2 rounds of full annotated edits to starting from scratch.

  • Yes! So I take a limited number of clients to whom I know I can offer genuine support. It's rewarding to help people see themselves in a better light.
